Mogi Bagels are New York style bagels, which means they are sweetened with malt, hand-rolled, boiled in a water + malt bath, and then baked. They have a crispy exterior and a soft & chewy inside.
How to get your hands on these delicious bagels:
Tuesdays & Wednesdays: Pre-order bagels here for pickup at Kitchen Space on Tuesdays 3–5pm or Wednesdays 5–7pm. Orders open every Sunday at noon.
