13 nicely decorated cocoa-brown cabins stand steps away from the shore of shimmering Lake Florida and a beautiful sand beach. Each of the fully furnished housekeeping cabins at Dickerson’s Resort has a deck with a picnic table and chairs The cabins range in size from 1 – 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 people. The resort has wireless internet access (WiFi).

The fun continues at Dickerson’s Resort with the free use of kayaks, paddleboat, canoe, fun bugs, sailboat, hydro bikes and rowboats. There are also bicycles, tricycles, swing set, jungle gym and wagons of all sizes to use at the resort and in the surrounding Spicer area. The Willmar Lakes Area has miles of trails including the Glacial Lakes State Trail running from Willmar to Spicer to New London, the trails at Sibley State Park and a trail system in Willmar.

Lake Florida is a 674 acre, spring fed lake in Kandiyohi County. The lake is full of walleyes, northern, large mouth bass, sunnies and crappies. Some of the best fishing for the children is off of the docks at the resort. When it’s time to clean those fish we have a nice fish cleaning room. The resort has fishing boats and motors for rent.
